Our certified peers recovery support specialists have LIVED EXPERIENCE, meaning they can 100% relate to the journey of recovery and support your personalized recovery experiencejourney. From working on individual recovery goals, such as obtaining food security, re-enstatement of your drivers license, finding stable housing and employment, and more, our peers are there every step of the way Our Peer Services program offers invaluable support, guidance and resources from individuals who have firsthand experience with recovery from substance use and mental health disorder.

Our Targeted Case Management (TCM) services help you navigate the challenges of recovery with guidance and support every step of the way. With personalized support, our case managers connect you with resources to support getting housing, healthcare, employment, and other community resources while coordinating care with your clinical and peer services teams.

Care that fits your life. Our Outpatient SUD program offers group, individual, and remote options to make treatment flexible and accessible. Whether you’re stepping down from a higher level of care or new in your recovery journey, outpatient services provide the structure, support, and clinical expertise you need. Through personalized treatment plans, therapy sessions, and access to resources, you’ll build healthy routines, strengthen coping skills, and stay on track toward lasting recovery—all while continuing work, school, or family commitments.

As a PRS at Navita Health one of the most rewarding experiences is seeing the people we support reach their goals and give back to others continuing to struggle with addiction. Watching someone transform from seeking support to becoming a source of support for others is a powerful reminder of the positive impact peer work has in our communities.
I went from 30 years of straight addiction, but through the help from my Navita Health Peer I received consistent support. My peer continued to show up for me and realized I could have a better life and I could also help people experience recovery. My peer helped me get clean and then helped me get my peer support certificate so I can help other people get where they want to be.
Becoming a peer supporter has taught me to understand the world in a deeper and more grateful perspective through seeing so many people stand up in the darkest times of their lives and have hope again.
About a year ago, Oxford House expanded into Butler County, Ohio, and during this expansion, we were linked to peer supports working for Navita Health. With this collaboration, peer supporters started working with our members not only in Butler County but several other counties. What I have seen with this is more success from our members. They have been able to maintain a longer length of sobriety, find jobs quickly, and most of all, they have someone who believes in them and they can trust. This collaboration has been very beneficial and I plan to continue to link our members from new homes as they open with these peer supporters.
Partnering with Navita Health has been a very smooth process. Their peer supporters not only go the extra mile to come meet the members where they are at, but they also take such good care of them. Oxford House has houses all over the state and I know if anyone is referred to another house in another area I can call them and they will do whatever they can to make sure that Peer has the support they need.
