5C. Privacy Policy – Patient Rights and Grievances (Ohio Medicaid)
Medicaid members have the right to file a grievance or appeal if they are dissatisfied with services received, if services are denied, or in the event of involuntary termination from services. Clients are informed of this right during their care. 5D. Marketing and Fundraising
Navita Health will not use or disclose your PHI for marketing or fundraising without your prior written authorization and will honor any request to opt out of future communications.

In the event of a breach of unsecured protected health information, Navita Health will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay, consistent with the HIPAA/HITECH Breach Notification Rule.
6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
